- Must be a licensed social worker in the state employed, or otherwise be able to meet state and federal regulations.
- Prefer a minimum of one year (1) related experience in a healthcare setting.
- Completion of post-secondary education and be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions.
- Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents, families & outside agencies and to work cooperatively with other associates.
- Must be capable of maintaining regular schedule attendance.
- Must meet all local health regulations and pass the post-employment exam if required.
- Must be capable of performing the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Related social work experience at a level necessary to accomplish this position.
