We are seeking full-time detail-orientated Customer Service Representatives that are punctual, reliable, and hard working. Candidates must be high integrity, friendly and approachable. Your longevity at prior jobs is a big plus.

Job Responsibilities:
Answer and manage phone calls (multi-line)
Answer and manage email correspondence
Data entry in Point of Sale workstations and vendor websites.
Schedule and book customer appointments for installation and service
Minimum Requirements:
Must be fluent in Spanish
Must be available to work minimum 40 hours/week during
Normal business hours (9 am to 6 pm) including some Saturdays
Must be able to work assigned schedules including weekends and holidays
Data Entry and E-mail experience
Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a busy office
Experience with multi-line office phone systems
Familiarity with clerical and general office procedures
High school diploma or GED
Must have reliable transportation to work
Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screen
