Venture Community Services is Hiring a Direct Support Professional Near Leominster, MA

Description

*Full Time employees will receive a $1000 Sign on Bonus – residential direct care only

*Part Time employees will receive a $500 Sign on Bonus – residential direct care only

*FT-$200 at 6 weeks, $200 at 90 days and $600 at 6 months . PT-$100 at 6 weeks and $100 at 90 days and $300 at 6 months.

We are looking for people who will work together to:

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for adult disabled individuals by being a positive role model and provide the highest quality of service
  • Be comfortable with behaviors that may arise
  • Assist with activities of daily living (I.E personal hygiene and care which will include showering and toileting), community recreational activities, and functional activities
  • Maintain confidential files and complete daily report

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old with a High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record, reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a CORI and background check
  • Must be able to pass all required trainings including Medical Administration Program (MAP), CPR and First Aid. EOE/AA
  • We ask that all employees have the ability to be flexible and work the shifts that are needed, that includes 1st shift (7am-3pm), 2nd shift (3pm-11pm), and 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
