Description
We are looking for people who will work together to:
1. Interviews individuals about current problems, medications, and allergies and reviews medical record for pertinent previous and current information.
2. Participates in individuals’ treatment regimen, including administering medications (under the supervision of a registered nurse).
3. Establishes and documents individuals’ treatment regimen under supervision of RN and implements treatment.
4. Performs routine immunizations, nebulizer treatments, and visual acuity testing, and administers and reads TB tests.
5. Maintains adequate inventory of supplies.
6. Participates in the orientation and training of new staff.
