Sales Manager

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and expertise in CRM systems, call-out campaigns, Excel, and team management. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Set sales targets and ensure their achievement through effective planning and execution.
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to enhance team performance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to maximize productivity and morale.
  1. CRM Systems Management:
  • Demonstrate high proficiency in CRM systems to effectively manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Utilize CRM data to track sales performance, forecast future sales, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train team members on CRM best practices and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  1. Call-Out Campaigns:
  • Develop and execute targeted call-out campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on results.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align call-out campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
  1. Sales Performance Analysis:
  • Utilize Excel and other analytical tools to analyze sales data and trends.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Present findings to senior management and make recommendations for enhancing sales effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • High proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
