This is not an entry-level role; it’s a closer position. It’s your chance to step into a key role in a growing company. A Solar Sales Consultant is not a lead generation role where you will be asked to knock on doors or cold call. We are seeking experienced sales representatives who are closers with a track record of success in sales and are looking for the right environment to be successful. At Venture Solar, we offer a base salary plus uncapped commission with unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Visit homeowners who have been pre-booked and prequalified by our appointment setting team.
- Close deals with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry, providing a consultative sales approach.
- Educate prospective customers to ensure they understand how solar works and also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project.

An Ideal Candidate Possesses The Following Characteristics:
- Previous sales experience is required for this position.
- Outside sales (In-home sales) is preferred, but not required.
- Previous solar experience gives you a competitive edge!
- Willingness to learn
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
