Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services via phone, email, and online chat, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all reservations
Listen attentively to client inquiries, understand their travel preferences and requirements, and offer personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their needs
Utilize reservation systems and online booking platforms to input, update, and manage travel bookings, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
Communicate effectively with clients to confirm reservations, provide booking details, and address any questions or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Collaborate with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to secure reservations, negotiate rates, and resolve issues on behalf of clients
Stay informed about travel industry trends, destination updates, and travel restrictions to provide clients with relevant information and guidance
Handle administrative tasks related to travel reservations, such as processing payments, issuing tickets, and sending booking confirmations to clients
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, reservations, payments, and other relevant information in our customer database
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, travel reservations, or a related field is preferred but not required
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with clients and colleagues
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment
