We are currently seeking a friendly and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing top-notch technical support to our clients in the entertainment industry. Responsibilities
Visit client locations to perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment, this includes strollers, wheelchairs, ECV's, lockers, kiosks, arcade games, kiddie rides and other equipment that may be added to the product lines in the future
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with equipment, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide expert recommendations for the optimal use of equipment
Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including equipment cleaning, calibration, and software updates
Train clients on the proper usage and maintenance of entertainment equipment
Prepare accurate reports detailing service activities, equipment status, and recommendations for future enhancements
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements to consistently provide top-quality service
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in electronics or a related field is preferred
Proven experience as a field service technician or similar role in the entertainment industry
Excellent technical skills in troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of equipment
Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think quickly and analytically
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and resources
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients
Flexibility to travel frequently and work evenings or weekends as needed for on-site client visits
