Responsibilities:

• Locating and swapping battery for low battery scooters
• Performing routine inspection and maintenance of our vehicles
• Redistributing scooters around Veo’s service area
• Identifying, documenting, and recovering scooters requiring in-shop repair
• Logging maintenance activity in Veo’s information management system 
• Responding to on-demand and in the field customer service requests
• Addressing customer service tickets
• Training new technicians in company systems and standard operational procedures
• Maintaining warehouse organized and up to standards

Qualifications & Skills:

• Basic mechanical and technical aptitude
• Have a valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and be on your feet for the entirety of a shift 
• Knowledge of the local geography and street layout 
• High responsiveness and attention to detail
• 1 years of experience in micromobility
