You continually analyze reporting, sales trend data and consumer insights to make data-based business decisions that drive sales and deliver KPI expectations.
You generate new sales opportunities through customer outreach and community activation.
You're a people leader : You're passionate about recruiting, hiring and retaining a high-performing team. You’re invested in your team’s development and take pride in helping associates grow through training, performance feedback, individual development plans and annual performance reviews.
