Position: Healthcare Recruiter
At Veracity Resourcing & Services, we are looking for an experienced and driven Healthcare Recruiter for local and traveling healthcare staff. The Healthcare Recruiter will provide viable candidates to various roles throughout the country. The Healthcare Recruiter will provide a high level of proactive and consultative support to our clients by continuously driving the process and assuring the best candidates are placed within the best working environments. The chosen candidate should demonstrate a good working knowledge of recruitment tools along with great communication and interpersonal skills. This position will provide assistance to clients across the country.
Job Responsibilities
  • Act as a main driving force of successful candidate recruitment and fill the needs of our clients’ job requisitions
  • Collaborate with and assist the team when needed
  • Other duties as assigned by management
  • Fulfill contracts by placing employees at facilities across the country
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and methods to source and attract a pool of qualified and diverse candidates
  • Keep close relations with caregivers and field staff while on a work assignment, assuring they are performing to the best of their ability
  • Generate leads through sourcing initiatives, social media advertising, phone interviews and high-volume outbound call strategies.
  • Establish relationships with healthcare providers and maintain a pipeline of providers, while encouraging long-term working relationships
  • Partner with recruiters to ensure candidate viability and arrange client interviews
  • Negotiate contract terms with candidates
Job Qualifications
  • 1 year of recruiting in a healthcare role (required)
  • Excellent, professional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Appropriate level of computer literacy
  • Ability to work independently, within a team environment, and meet goals
  • Excellent work history of being results-oriented, self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines
