Experience Level: 1-3 years
Department: Intensive Care Unit
Shift Timings: 19:00 - 07:30- 3 days 12-hour shift. Monday to Friday
Per Week: 36 Hours.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Ascension Saint Agnes Adult ICU Department. We are a High Acuity 16-24 bed ICU in the outskirts of Baltimore City and care for patients within a supportive team environment. We have excellent working relationships with our teams across the hospital. Certification: Registered Nurse (Compact), Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Requirements: No more often than every other weekend, possibly every 3rd weekend based on staffing, rotating holidays. 3x 12 hr shifts per week. Ratios: Typical 1:2 Nurse: Patient, occasional 1:1 based on acuity, rare 1:3 based on staffing/acuity(3x downgrade), on a rotating basis. Precepting may be required.

Roles & Responsibilities
Providing nursing care to acutely or critically ill patients with an assigned unit or clinic;
Implementing medical care plans;
Directing and supervising the patient care provided by nursing personnel assigned to the unit;
Maintaining standard unit activities in the absence of the Head Nurse; and
Performing other related duties as assigned/required.

Minimum Qualifications
Looking for 2 years of experience.
