What's exciting about the role

The Recruiter for the Americas Region is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across North and South America. This role will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s diverse and dynamic needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles across the Americas region.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and keep them informed about their application status.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop competitive job offers.
• Extend job offers and negotiate terms with candidates.
• Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities.

Skills and Experience we desire

• At least 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in multiple disciplines
• A good foundation in candidate and stakeholder management
• A desire to help constantly learn and improve our processes
• A willingness to work in global organization with your team spread across many countries
• Self-motivation and the drive to take full ownership of recruitment projects
• The ability to build positive and proactive client and candidate relationships
• Ability to plan and adapt recruitment campaigns within changing business priorities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Ability to speak Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred
• Experience using Workday and/or Greenhouse strongly preferred
