- 1099 - 100% commission-based position
- Set your own work schedule
Commission Structure:
- Competitive Pay - NO CAP on commissions
- Realistically Earn $1,600 to $9,500 per month, with No Cap on recurring commission, based on performance.
- Generous New Rep Bonus Opportunities (up to $11,500 in bonuses within the first 4 months)
- Weekly commission payments.
- Normal reps can make $60,000-$100,000 annually
- Top-performing reps have the potential to make $400,000 annually
- Residual commissions
Sales Support:
- Comprehensive product training provided
- Continuous support with sales, product, and marketing materials
Ideal Candidate:
- Preferably with experience in Outside Sales, B2B, construction, or Solar industry
- Proficient with computer use and CRM systems
- Self-motivated, independent professionals with excellent time management skills
- Strong communicators with great interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with The Villages, Orlando, Tampa, and Atlanta markets, and the needs of local businesses is a plus
- A strong local network and good connections in the specified markets is a plus
