We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple project teams within our organization. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the execution of various projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive project success and deliver business value.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Program Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for the program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Project Planning: Work with project managers to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, taking into account resource allocation and dependencies between projects.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand project requirements, expectations, and priorities, and communicate project status and updates effectively.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery or outcomes, and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively across projects, ensuring that teams have the necessary skills and support to meet project objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce project management standards and best practices to ensure the quality and consistency of project deliverables.
• Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, and communicate impacts to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor project progress and performance against key metrics and milestones, and take corrective action as needed to keep projects on track.
• Communication: Facilitate regular meetings and status updates with project teams and stakeholders to review progress, discuss issues, and make decisions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change logs.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the program and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience managing projects in a technical or IT environment.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with risk management and change management processes.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role, managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Experience with project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
