Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budget process and rolling forecasts throughout the year
- Manage the FP&A team and grow their skills and capabilities
- Prepare long range financial projections aligned with company strategy
- Implement key performance indicators and management dashboards
- Model new client pricing proposals to ensure target margins are achieved
- Prepare monthly analysis of results versus budget and prior year
- Act as key business liaison with operating managers
- Participate in the analysis of acquisition , new product and business opportunities
- Prepare presentations for Board of Directors and monthly management meetings
- Lead and manage s pecial projects as required
- Performs other duties as assigned to ensure effective operation of the department and the company
- Live by and promote Verisma core values and assist in implementation of companywide initiatives
- BS in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field required , MBA a plus
- 10 years in FP&A or Corporate Finance roles
- Experience managing operations teams a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
