Project Engineer Responsibilities:

• The PM resource will be responsible for leading a team which supports the following subgroups:
• Assembly
• Packaging
• Automated warehouse equipment
• This support is expected to occur from project start through qualification of all applicable systems
• Will provide the following:
• Oversee all aspects of the project
• Support the client relationship as equipment asset delivery is the responsibility of the client
• Provide oversite of the cost, schedule and risk management of this project as it relates to the client
• Will lead a team of 10 to 15 resources (both direct and contracted resources) with a few reporting directly to the project, but most resources in a part time / shared status
• As required support or lead all applicable project meetings
• As requested, travel to client or vendor locations to support requested Face - 2 - Face meetings. This include FATs for equipment. Client will lead the FAT, this role will support the client and represent Resilience in execution
• Manage a Project Action, Risk and Decision tracker for each subgroup

Requirements

• Must be willing to work onsite in West Chester, OH
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
• Demonstrated experience in leading activities specific to Packaging Equipment in GxP regulated environments
• Proficiency using PC and Microsoft Office tools
• Outgoing personality with strong ability to communicate effectively with peers in clear, concise terms
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• GMP and Good Documentation Practice
• Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication capabilities
• Experience with and tolerance for high levels of challenge and change
• Proven attention to detail and organization in project work
• Capable of working on assigned tasks without mentorship
