Veritas Global Consulting Group, LLC (Healthcare/Executive/Engineering) is Hiring an Experienced Hospice Sales & Marketing Specialist Near Greenville, SC
DescriptionThis role involves establishing and maintaining professional relationships with referral sources to enhance the company's Medicare referral network. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies, as well as conducting community awareness activities to inform healthcare professionals and patients about agency programs and capabilities.

- Plan and conduct community awareness activities.
- Conduct non-remunerative efforts to obtain new referrals from physicians and hospital discharge planners.
- Prepare community relation activity reports as directed by the Director of Business Development.
- Perform pre-discharge hospital assessments and coordinate required treatment plans.
- Design agency information and marketing literature for use in the marketing program.
- Coordinate media exposure, including public service announcements and advertisements.
- Attend community business functions to promote the agency.
- Set and meet job-related goals.
- Identify self-learning needs and utilize educational programs for professional development.
- Contribute to team efforts to improve service quality.
- Assist with health plan contracting activities.
- Speak effectively before groups of customers and employees.
- Minimum of two (2) years of outside sales experience in Home Health or Hospice.
- Local market knowledge and established referral sources.
- Proven and verifiable performance in sales.
