Veritas Home Health is Hiring a Bilingual Client Service Representative Near Rosharon, TX
Job Description
We are looking for a customer service representative, who is self-disciplined, creative, loves challenges, and takes customer service to the extreme. You must be detailed oriented, excel at problem solving, loves patients and does not mind being in their environment. Previous MA experience is very helpful. This is a fulltime position that will require you to use your own vehicle and drive 90% of your day. Mileage is reimbursed at .62c per mile.
The successful candidate will be trained to interact with clients and referral sources to meet census growth objectives. Their responsibilities include implementing and delivering diagnostic equipment in patients' homes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a personal vehicle within assigned territory
- Follow patient contact processes to assure use and compliance
- Follow a productive weekly schedule based on areas greatest needs
