You’ll also:
- Support a joyful, structured, achievement-oriented school culture based on Veritas Prep’s vision of a culture of academic achievement, ensuring the consistent implementation of key routines, rituals, and procedures throughout the school
- Monitor hallways during academic instruction and track student hallway data
- Regularly meet with the Culture Team to analyze student data and strategize around student success plans
- Support the implementation of culture events and celebrations
- Represent the Culture Team at Grade Team Meetings
- Monitor student behavior data to support student coaching meetings
- Facilitate student breaks as identified by IEPs and 504.s
- Respond to unsafe classroom situations
- Monitor study hall
- Monitor the weight room during independent times
- An unwavering belief that all students can achieve amazing things
- Associate degree (bachelor's preferred)
- Current authorization to work in the United States – a candidate must have such authorization by his or her first day of employment
- Fluency in Spanish (preferred)
- Experience supporting school culture initiatives
- Experience analyzing student behavior data and implementing tiered interventions
- Ability to communicate effectively with teachers, staff, students, families, and other stakeholders

Our Early College high school program, in partnership with STCC and Worcester State University, prepares students to earn high-impact college degrees, saving students up to two years’ time in college and thousands of dollars. Students can earn up to an associate degree for free, and the general studies associate degree from STCC means students enter as JUNIORS at any Massachusetts public college or university after high school graduation.
