Job Information:

The Center at Tucson is looking for RNs for full time (30 hours/week) or PRN, days, NOC, and weekend availability

$5,000 sign on bonus for full time NOC and weekend shifts*

Hourly rate starts at $33/hour, DOE. NOC has a shift differential in addition to the base pay.

Job Description: The primary purpose of the Nursing Staff is to provide excellent patient care in compliance with State/Federal Regulations and Company policy.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all areas of the patients medical needs on a daily basis
• Work in collaboration with patient, physician, family members, care team and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care and treatment for the patient
• RN-pass meds, provide treatment, assess for changes in conditions
• Answer call lights, assist patient with ADLs
• Responsible for timely and accurate charting

*sign on bonus to be paid quarterly over the course of the first year. Must maintain full time status and NOC/weekends schedule.

Qualifications

• Skilled Nursing Facility experience is preferred
• Possess the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions and accept constructive criticism
• Possesses leadership ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel-fosters a true team environment
• Demonstrates judgement and has the ability to maintain highly confidential information
• Knowledgeable of HIPAA compliance and requirements
• Able to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals and objectives of the department as it relates to the Center at Tucson.
• Must have a valid RN license in the state of Arizona, CPR certification, and a valid fingerprint clearance card.
