Description

The Physical Therapy Assistant provides direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients upon physician referral under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and The Center at Park West Standards

Qualifications

Must have a valid/active PTA license in the state of Colorado.

Experience in skilled nursing is preferred but not required.

Active CPR/BLS Certification

Knowledge and experience of Net Health Optima is preferred
