Job SummaryUnder the direction of the Treasury Solutions Analyst Manager, the Treasury Solutions Analyst (TSA) will be responsible for supporting the Treasury Solutions Consultants (TSC). This position acts as the primary back-up to one or more TSC and is responsible for assisting in the selling of treasury management solutions and management of the overall treasury management portfolio. This may include client facing meetings and attending sales calls with the TSC as needed. Additionally, the role will be called upon to provide direct client and internal sales support to the TSC around client planning, call preparation and other revenue-generating opportunities. The TSA will coordinate implementations, risk assessments, and customer support on behalf of the TSC.

Responsibilities And Duties
- Builds strong relationships and partnerships with the assigned TSCs as a vehicle for understanding individual market needs as well as specific portfolio nuances that may facilitate client development and revenue growth.
- Act as a liaison between treasury sales and bank operations on the customization and implementation of Treasury Solutions client relationships.
- Acts as a back-up point of contact for internal partners when TSCs are unavailable.
- Maintains a comprehensive working knowledge of treasury management products and services as part of ongoing personal development as well as potential involvement in client-facing discussions.
- Attends client calls, teams, phone or in person, with the TMSO as needed.
- Prepare agreements, implementation documentation, and gathers necessary information for client requests.
- Completes the initial TM risk assessment as required as well as annual ACH Risk Renewals.
- Manages processes including new client onboarding, implementation of treasury services, pricing, client training and ongoing efficiencies.
- Work collaboratively with Treasury Solutions Onboarding to facilitate client training.
- Prepare analysis proformas and sales proposals for client presentations as needed.
- Review monthly account analysis statements for current clients as needed.
- Provides sales support directly to external clients, TSCs and Relationship Managers
- Assist TSCs with retention and maintenance of treasury customers.
- Assist TSCs with client facing product training and product demonstrations as needed.
- Gather data and prepare reports for management, audit, and other department personnel as requested.
- May participate in any variety of projects, meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and guidelines.
- Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing the work.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience preferred.
- At least 2 years of previous Treasury Management work experience
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to produce detailed, accurate, thorough and timely work.
- Good organizational and time management skills while managing multiple priorities and projects.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
- Excellent computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
