Job Summary: Under the direction of the Wire Department Manager, the Wire Transfer Specialist will perform a variety of functions to ensure the efficient operation of the area in accordance with established Bank policies and procedures. Responsibilities and Duties:Process Incoming and Outgoing Wire Transfers in Silverlake Directline, Directline International, Q2 and Netteller online banking platforms.Attention to regulatory requirements and compliance training applicable to position (Bank Secrecy Act, Customer Information Privacy, etc.) Ability to follow directions in a timely and accurate mannerExcellent customer service (oral and written)Common sense and sound judgmentStrong attention to detailComputer Skills Time management and ability to prioritizeStrong sense of urgency Pleasant telephone skills and courteous manner a mustIntegrity, discretion, and respect for confidential information are absolutely essential. Job Skills and Qualifications:A minimum of one year’s experience working in any area of a Financial Intuition preferred.
