Job Summary:The Digital Banking Specialist II will be responsible for supporting the Digital Banking wallet and services, including but not limited to Q2 Online Banking, iPay, iTalk, Mobile Deposit Capture, CSI requests. The position will ensure that Digital Banking wallet and services are documented and maintained according to Bank policy and procedures. Working under general supervision, this position will provide phone and email customer support to internal and external customers. The position must be able to deliver a high level of quality service and support.Responsibilities and Duties:Acts as Subject Matter Expert for Digital wallet, services, and systems. Provides support on our Digital Banking wallet for external clients. Provides support on Digital Banking wallet, services, and systems to Bank personnel as needed. Works with the branch staff to coordinate and track any new enrollments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.Maintains documents, files, and forms, including document imaging system, as required by Bank policy.Assists with drafting and revising procedure and quick reference guidesAssists with training new Digital Banking Specialists.Retrieves, reviews, and completes maintenance for various department exception, annual review, or clean-up reports. Compiles and accurately reports all financial data as required by Management via various output reports.Continually updates job knowledge by studying new product offerings, participating in educational opportunities.Always conducts business with the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct.May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and guidelines.Ensures all safety precautions are followed while performing the work. Assists with projects as needed. Job Skills and Qualifications:At least 2 years of previous Digital Banking support work experience.At least 1 year of Retail Branch Banking experience a plus.Knowledge of Banking products and services as well as Digital Banking.Knowledge of Treasury Management products and servicesPrevious customer service experience.
