Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Summer Marketing Intern to join our marketing team for approximately 20 hours a week this summer. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that are pivotal to our marketing strategy, utilizing tools like Adobe InDesign, Canva, and various digital marketing platforms. You will gain hands-on experience and contribute to impactful initiatives that drive our company’s growth.

Essential Projects:

1. Updating Sales Enablement Assets: Utilize Adobe InDesign to update and refine our Environmental Reference Guide and Product Guide, ensuring accuracy and readiness for print.
2. Q3 Newsletter Creation: Develop the quarterly newsletter and accompanying video using Canva, focusing on engaging content.
3. Technician Reward Boxes: Assist in the conceptualization and execution of reward boxes for technicians after achieving Certifications, including content selection and packaging design.
4. Used Equipment Email Blast: Create and distribute an email blast highlighting available used equipment, using email marketing tools to optimize reach and engagement.
5. Ad and Publication Renewals: Help manage the renewal process for various ads and publications, ensuring continuous and effective brand presence in relevant outlets.
6. Landing Page Creation: Support the development of new landing pages for our website, enhancing user experience and conversion rates.
7. Social Media Planning: Assist in planning and scheduling social media content across platforms to boost engagement and brand awareness.
8. TikTok Creation: Contribute to the creation of TikTok content, tapping into current trends to promote our brand to a younger audience.
9. Fall Promotional Gear Selection: Participate in brainstorming new and creative promotional good ideas.
10. Filming/Editing “Tech Talk” Videos: Assist with the filming and editing of “Tech Talk” videos, which provide valuable insights and updates to our customers.

Education and Experience:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Familiar with Adobe InDesign.
• Proficient in Canva.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Creative thinker with an eye for design.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Basic video editing skills are a plus.
