What You Will Do:

This position is responsible for providing results driven leadership to the Vernet Group Finance team. The Finance & IT manager is accountable for managing accounting operations, financial analysis and forecasting, budget and cost management, maintenance of adequate system of accounting, comprehensive set of controls, budget designs, mitigate financial risk, accurate reporting of company financial results, and internal IT functions.

What We Want:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field;
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a financial manager;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in risk management, cash flow management;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience of overseeing information systems;
• High level knowledge of financial management;
• Advanced knowledge in ERP (Epcior preferred) and EDI systems;
• Established work history; serious inquires only;
• Proven people/team building aptitude;
• Negotiation; Emotional intelligence; Flexibility;
• Ability to adapt and expedite to changing conditions;
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred;
