As a vital member of our team, you'll perform a range of duties including phlebotomies, waived lab procedures, and various clerical tasks.We foster a supportive professional environment where collaboration thrives, providing ample opportunities for teamwork, resource sharing, and system-wide problem-solving.
This position offers flexible scheduling, with shifts spanning 3-4 days per week, covering both day and PM shifts between 5:00 am and 10:00 pm, including rotating weekends and holidays. While prior phlebotomy experience is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate. Certification as a Medical Assistant or in phlebotomy is advantageous.
The Laboratory Assistant has a starting wage at $16.36 per hour, with increases depending on experience and additional differentials for evening and weekend shifts, our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, short-term disability, Paid Time Off, and a 401k savings plan.
