Essential Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Relations

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding customer needs and guiding them to the appropriate vehicle.
• Work closely with the sales team to build customer rapport and meet monthly sales targets.

Performance and Teamwork

• Function effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Collaborate cohesively with your team to achieve collective and individual objectives.

Follow-Up and Customer Retention

• Execute diligent follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale and to maintain long-term relationships.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, scheduled appointments, and follow-ups on quotes.

Miscellaneous Duties

• Perform other duties as assigned by the sales manager, geared toward increasing sales and improving the customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced work setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Quick learning ability, capable of handling tasks without continuous supervision.
• Proficient in standard office equipment, including computers, copiers, and fax machines.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• A high school degree is preferred but not essential. We value your sales ability and drive more than your educational background.

Pay: $66,507.21 - $100,000.00 per year
