Job Title – Employment Litigation Partner
Package - $135,000 - $200,000 Basic Salary Bonus
Location – Hybrid (2/3 days) – Los Angeles, CA.

Role Overview:
Seeking an Employment Litigation Associate to play a key role in the ongoing upward trajectory of this amazing and outstanding law firm.
Experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of handling all aspects of employment litigation, including wage and hour matters, class actions and PAGA etc.
- Experience in investigations before the U.S. Department of Labor, the California Department of Industrial Relations, the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, EEOC and other state and local human rights agencies.
- Experience in Federal and State courts related to employment litigation.
- Barred in California.
Candidate Requirements :
- 5 years Experience in Employment Litigation Law.
- JD from an ABA accredited law school.
