Versatile Vehicles, Inc. is the regional distributor for E-Z-GO and Textron vehicles, covering Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota and the U.P. of Michigan. Our 60,000 square foot Prior Lake location serves as our home office and serves as a hub to serve our entire territory and 4 additional retail locations. The Parts Associate will office in our Prior Lake Headquarters. This location sees a large share of retail, service and rental business, and is crucial to serving our golf course customers throughout our territory.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Parts Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity be a part of the golf and leisure industry. The Parts Associate will be responsible for Parts Room shipping/receiving, Over-the-counter sales, assisting with parts ordering, and inventory control, while providing excellent customer service and showing the ability to work as a team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a well-organized workspace
• Work with Service Writer to support Service Department
• Maintain stock levels and work with Sales to develop purchasing protocol
• Work with Service and Accounting to keep control over inventory and maintain processes
• Work with Warehouse Manager on shipping and receiving
• Support remote locations with parts questions and stock transfers
• Develop new processes to achieve efficiencies

• Prior experience as a Parts Associate or similar role
• Dealership or Automotive experience a plus
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Detail oriented and ability to multitask
