Amano McGann is a leader in custom hardware for parking, payment, and access solutions. We are seeking a Field Service Technician for a growth opportunity into a team lead. The Field Service Technician will be trained as a subject matter expert for all our hardware and software products. This role offers the opportunity to come in on the ground floor of one of the fastest-growing sectors today.

The Field Service Technician opportunity is an entry level role that provides full, in the field training, a company vehicle, and direct growth paths into team and territory leadership.

The Field Technician opportunity will oversee commercial customers across the greater South Florida area, with overnight travel about 15% out of the year.

What you will do:

• Install and support hardware and software in the field at customer sites in the greater Charlotte area
• Accurately maintains supply inventory and performs periodic inventory audits to confirm correct parts levels
• Efficiently respond and provide top tier service support to customers
• Additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Associates degree from a 2 year technical college OR 1-2 years of equivalent technical work experience
• Exceptional customer demeanor; you will be interfacing with clients to install or troubleshoot hardware/software
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to lift over 50lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
