Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of marketing programs: go-to-market, digital, social media, traditional, media, e-commerce, and demand gen
- Customer insights and research
- Measure and analyze campaign results, refining and optimizing accordingly to meet defined trackable KPIs.
- Manage P&L
- Work with sales teams to develop new promotional activities and industry-specific tradeshows/events.
- Manage and oversee all marketing vendor partnerships. Media, design, content, etc..
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years experience in developing and implementing marketing programs: digital, e-commerce, email, print, social, tradeshows/events
- Customer-centric marketing performance, campaign/data reporting experience.
- Preferred experience in a consumer-related industry, retail, DTC, consumer goods and supplies.
- Demonstrates a continuous desire to understand and implement industry best practices and trends.
- Preferred experience managing and growing a team.
- Creative, innovative, and collaborative with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Must be open to local and potentially international travel.
