This is a remote role, offering the opportunity to work autonomously while reporting to the Director of Revenue.

Position Overview:

As an Outbound Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for driving our outbound marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute to company growth. This role is perfect for a junior professional passionate about marketing, energy, and compliance, looking to grow within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising, to reach target audiences and drive engagement.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and messaging tailored to our target market.

- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing strategies for maximum effectiveness.

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, using insights to inform marketing strategies.

- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve desired outcomes.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers, to support marketing initiatives and enhance brand reputation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of marketing experience, with a focus on outbound marketing and lead generation preferred.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
