Verteks Consulting is Hiring a Client Success Specialist Near Ocala, FL

At Verteks Consulting, a client success specialist calls and emails our existing customers and prospective clients to help us grow. While you don't need a computer or IT degree or background for this position, having an interest and some basic understanding of computers and technology is helpful. We have a great training process and we encourage anyone with an outgoing personality to apply. Being organized and reliable go a long way towards long-term success in this position.

In addition to your base pay, you are also eligible for a monthly bonus based on reaching your activity goals for the number of phone calls and client contacts you make per month. You will make between 40 to 50 calls per day, and send about 40 to 50 emails per day in order to stay in touch with our existing clients, and to setup meetings and demonstrations with prospective clients.

For this position on our team, your primary focus will be to call and email our current clients and prospective customers, to build rapport with them, to understand their needs, and to help them get the full benefit from the solutions we provide them. You will also sell upgrades, add-ons and additional solutions to help them achieve their goals. Additional job functions include:

  • Spend between 2 to 3 hours per day calling and emailing existing clients to make sure they are happy with their services, building a stronger relationship with them, and learning about future opportunities to help them with unmet needs.
  • Spend between 2 to 3 hours per day calling and emailing prospective clients to learn if they are a good fit for our products and services, and to setup a next step with one of our account executives or a subject matter expert.
  • Work with active customers to develop a deep understanding of their needs and translate those needs into product requirements that solve their problems
  • Cross-selling and up-selling services and solutions to existing accounts
  • Qualify new sales opportunities for current customers
  • Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and manage prospect expectations
  • Assist the sales and client success team as needed with calling campaigns, price quotes, and related activities

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
