Position Overview: We are seeking an Entry-Level recruiter (on-site) with strong interpersonal skills to join our on-site team in Midtown Manhattan. The ideal candidate will be driven, proactive, and passionate about connecting candidates with our clients' open positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, and screen potential candidates who meet company standards.
- Inform applicants about our operations, employment opportunities, and benefits.
- Utilize search engines and social media platforms to generate leads.
- Develop recruiting and referral programs.
- Handle and coordinate with clients and applicants.
- Self-starter, comfortable with making high volume candidate calls.
- Sharp communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite.
- Recruiting experience is a plus!
- Spanish bilingual is a plus!
