Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote residential roofing services.

2. Identify target customer segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach them effectively.

3. Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including website management, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

4. Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and website content.

5. Coordinate with sales team to develop marketing materials and collateral to support sales efforts.

6. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in marketing to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

8. Manage marketing budget effectively and allocate resources efficiently to achieve marketing goals.

9. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry stakeholders.

10. Lead and mentor marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction, home improvement, or related industry.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.

- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in marketing automation software, CRM systems, and graphic design tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,830.00 - $73,477.00 per year
