We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager with Delivery Manager responsibilities to oversee multiple shared services projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of shared services that support various business units. This role requires a strategic and operational mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality shared services.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management:

• Shared Services Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for shared services that align with the overall business goals and objectives.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of shared services from conception to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across different business units to gather requirements and ensure the shared services meet their needs.
• Vision & Roadmap: Define and articulate a clear vision and roadmap for shared services, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, stakeholder input, and strategic goals.

Delivery Management:

• Project Planning: Develop plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration among product, engineering, design, and operations.
• Agile Practices: Implement and manage agile methodologies to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of shared services.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks to project timelines and product quality, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to enhance team efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience:
• 5 years of experience in product management and delivery management, with a focus on shared services or similar roles.
• Proven experience managing multiple products or services simultaneously.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Smartsheet).
• Analytical and strategic thinking with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
