Requirements:
- Valid state license(s) as a Registered Dietitian. Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.

- Provide accurate and timely clinical nutrition documentation to meet corporate & government regulations/standards.
- Assist in supervising the overall operation of our dietary service in assigned buildings
- Manage the development and implementation plan for nutrition intervention in accordance with the Nutrition Care Process.
- Assist in orienting and training newly hired Dietary Managers
- Collaborate with medical staff and food and nutrition services staff to ensure conformance to prescribed nutrition care orders.
- Provide education to ensure facility compliance with food safety, food department regulations and corporate processes.
