We are currently seeking skilled and driven Registered Nurses to contribute to our dynamic and ever-growing team. Day in the Life of a Registered Nurse (RN):
    • Provide exceptional patient care to residents.
    • Ensure compliance with state and Federal Regulations.
    • Collaborate effectively with members of the healthcare team.
    • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
    • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with healthcare teams.

Requirements:
  • Valid state RN license(s).
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and efficiently.
