SUMMARY

In this role, you will be responsible for product training and on-site technical support for our government clients. You have top notch customer service skills, and you excel at constructing order out of chaos. You hold yourself to the highest performance and accountability standards, even in situations with minimal oversight. Communication is one of your greatest strengths, you know how to effectively communicate technical issues to non-technical people, and vice versa. You enjoy working with a geographically dispersed team and thrive in environments that are constantly changing and evolving.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work on many different types of problems and challenges – including creating and delivering training materials, product testing, customer support, and troubleshooting on-site software and network connections
• Work on-site daily with clients to provide user training and technical support
• Collect client feedback and clearly articulate recommendations for product development to VK’s Engineering teams
• Craft and implement processes to reduce friction, enabling supported clients to employ their resources and our products most effectively
• Provide coordination and communication between the on-site client and the VK internal stakeholders

• Must currently hold an active U.S. DoD Top Secret Clearance and be SCI eligible
• Above-average understanding of virtualization technologies (e.g. VMWare)
• 5 or more years of hands on experience in similar role, or Bachelors degree and 2 or more years of similar experience
• In-dept knowledge of Defense Operations
• Experience in a customer facing technical engineering support role or similar
• Experience creating and delivering technical training to a large audience
• Knowledge of DoD Security Directives, Policies, Publications and Regulations
• Ability to learn new skills and technologies to deliver the most effective solutions
• Meticulous attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and diligently tracking key project metrics
• Strong organization skills with an ability to adapt, navigate complexity, and multitask in a rapidly changing environment with little oversight
• Extraordinary communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
• This position will be local to the Tampa, FL area and will be required to work in a DoD facility
