Main Duties:

· Process billing and invoicing.

· Keep track on overdue invoices.

· Collects on past due accounts.

· Send letters to facilities following the order of types of letters.

· Look for collection agencies that can be used for long-overdue receivables.

· Coordinates with the accounting manager and payroll specialist.

· Assist in going to facilities to collect dues and pick up payments.

· Prepares and submits aging report.

· Responsible for timesheet collection and adjustments.

· Coordinate with team on missing timesheets and hours.

· Handle concerns of staff and facility regarding outstanding bills.

Essential Skills:

· Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

· Knowledge of accounting and collections.

· Knowledge of Quickbooks preferred.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Strong oral and written communication skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Ability to meet deadlines and targets.

· Ability to understand and analyze people.

· Well organized, detail-oriented, and confident personality.

· Bilingual preferred.
