This position offers a newly licensed Realtor or a sales professional; the opportunity to join a growing team of Real Estate professionals focusing on flipping, wholesaling, re-development and rental acquisitions.
Responsibilities:

• Find investors that are looking to purchase investment properties in the San Diego area
• Set up meetings and find out buying criteria of the investors
• Build relationships
• Sell properties

Pay: Commission only with some of the best splits in the industry! Potential to make $10k-$30k per Month in your first year.
Requirements

• Sales experience or a Real Estate License
• Coachable, willing to learn, and ability to build relationships
