Product and Partner Marketing Specialist (Full Time | Remote)
The Product and Partner Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in shaping the strategy and execution of both product and partner marketing efforts. They will collaborate with product development teams to define offerings, value propositions, target audiences, and go-to-market strategies, while creating and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that align with Vervint's objectives. In partner marketing, the specialist will develop co-marketing initiatives, manage partner relationships with Marketing contact, and create educational materials to enhance collaboration and lead generation. By driving continuous improvement and cohesive campaigns, they ensure Vervint's marketing efforts are strategically aligned and effective.

What you'll accomplish:
  • Collaborate with product development teams to define value propositions, messaging, target audiences, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and implement product marketing plans aligned with Vervint's business and strategic objectives.
  • Create and execute integrated campaign strategies for various market segments.
  • Manage long-term portfolio strategy, identifying new product development opportunities with Marketing, Strategy, and Delivery leaders.
  • Track and analyze product marketing performance metrics and monitor competitors to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute co-marketing initiatives with partners to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Manage partner relationships to ensure clear communication and mutual benefit in campaigns and lead generation.
  • Create and use educational materials to inform partner marketing teams about Vervint's value proposition and offerings.
  • Collaborate with the Vervint Partner team to create cohesive campaigns aligned with strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth lead transition and metric tracking with Sales Development Reps, and measure and report on partner marketing program success.
What you'll bring:
  • Possess strong understanding across various aspects of marketing, including brand marketing, content management, digital marketing, and product marketing including product lifecycle management and development.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients to ensure clear understanding and alignment on marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Willingness to collaborate closely with product development teams, marketing colleagues, partners, and other stakeholders to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive business results.
  • Capacity to think strategically and align marketing efforts with business goals and strategic objectives, ensuring that marketing plans contribute to overall company growth.
  • Aptitude for identifying challenges and obstacles in marketing initiatives and developing creative solutions to overcome them, ensuring campaign success and effectiveness.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, market conditions, and business needs, ensuring flexibility in approach and the ability to pivot when necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Strong attention to detail in tracking and analyzing product marketing performance metrics, monitoring competitors, and ensuring accuracy in all marketing materials and communications.
  • Willingness to explore new ideas, technologies, and approaches to marketing, seeking out innovative strategies to differentiate Vervint's offerings in the market and drive business growth.
  • Strong focus on results and outcomes, with a commitment to measuring and reporting on the success of marketing programs, initiatives, and campaigns, and continuously striving for improvement.
  • Experience within IT service provider organizations or related industries preferred.
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, with experience in product marketing and/or B2B demand generation marketing
