Due to our recent growth, we are seeking an experienced, dependable, and hard-working Maintenance Technician with previous apartment maintenance experience to join our team.

Our Maintenance Technicians are key members of our Property and interact with our residents on a daily basis as they carry out general repairs and preventive maintenance, which includes HVAC repair, electrical, plumbing and carpentry.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Repairs and improve vacant and occupied apartments
• Completes resident service requests in a timely matter
• Accomplishes carpentry, plumbing and painting with limited use of outside contractors
• Performs preventive maintenance tasks
• Conducts move-in / move-out inspections
• Keeps an adequate inventory supply level while ensuring service shop is clean and organized
• Assists in the maintenance / cleanliness of the common areas
• Maintains well-groomed grounds and exteriors including but not limited to trash pick-up and snow removal

Ideal candidates must possess an aptitude for general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

Qualifications include :

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• At least 1-3 years verifiable general maintenance experience preferred
• Must be able to have a flexible schedule, including weekends and being on-call
• Have valid driver's license
• Must be self-motivated and self-directed
• Be a team player and have a positive attitude

Maintenance Technician Level I Pay Range

$20-24 and up depending on skill and experience.
