Due to our recent growth, we are seeking an experienced, dependable, and hard-working Maintenance Technician with previous apartment maintenance experience to join our team.
Our Maintenance Technicians are key members of our Property and interact with our residents on a daily basis as they carry out general repairs and preventive maintenance, which includes HVAC repair, electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Ideal candidates must possess an aptitude for general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

Maintenance Technician Level I Pay Range
$20-24 and up depending on skill and experience.
