Iconic East European restaurant seeking experienced dumpling makers with high-volume production experience. Must have flexible scheduling availability, the ability to work within a team and have a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Knowledge of Eastern European cuisine and languages is a plus but not a requirement, with experience in any type of dumpling or pasta making is the most crucial.
Requirements :
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
Responsibilities :
- Making pierogi (Eastern European style dumplings) - preparing, assembling, closing, steaming and cooling the dumplings
- Make a variety of fillings
- Follow safe santitation practices and kitchen guidelines
