Iconic East European restaurant seeking experienced dumpling makers with high-volume production experience. Must have flexible scheduling availability, the ability to work within a team and have a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Knowledge of Eastern European cuisine and languages is a plus but not a requirement, with experience in any type of dumpling or pasta making is the most crucial. 

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US
• Must be able to stand for long periods at a time

• Making pierogi (Eastern European style dumplings) - preparing, assembling, closing, steaming and cooling the dumplings 
• Make a variety of fillings
• Follow safe santitation practices and kitchen guidelines
