Real Estate Sales Assistant for the Top Illinois Independent Real Estate Team!

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly driven Real Estate Sales Assistant who has a talent for turning leads into lifelong customers. Our ideal applicant is an excellent communicator with a proven track record of sales success. Work with the best and brightest in real estate in a high-paced and exciting environment.

$45,000 yearly

• Use our CRM properly to input all client information along with following the daily tasks to ensure all follow-up is complete
• Expert at communication and relationship building with new customers
• Ability to be on call for appointments
• Assist with appointments for buyers and listings
• Conduct lead follow-up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer’s agent
• Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us
• Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients
• Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals
• Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information

• Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car
• Applicants must have a real estate license
• At least one year of real estate sales experience
• Must have great communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
