Vestiaire Collective is looking for 2 x Quality Controllers to join the Hub Team in Crawley

About the role 🖥️

Joining the Quality Control team, to inspect inbound items to ensure compliance for our customers

What you will do 👜

•  Identify and understand the different states and know how to confirm
• Confirm the conformity of a product vs advertisement 
• Master the control of the categories Bag, RTW and shoes.
• Able to carry out the control of the categories shoes, RTW and bag (except bags and expensive clothes) in autonomy
• Carry out simple negotiations under the control of a referent CQ advanced. 
• Know the different quality standards and be able to detect them independently 
• Know the specifications of VC. 
• Master the interface (use of some tabs, knowledge of others). 
• Know how to read a data sheet and identify the control points. 
• Know the subject of negotiations - when is a negotiation done, why, what happens afterwards...
• Use the right equipment for the right categories.
