Assist customers in determining which Vestil products they currently have and identifying what replacement parts may be needed. Work through product issues with customers and co-workers in a friendly and positive manner and communicate this over the phone or in writing.

Job Responsibilities:(Experience or knowledge of the following areas is preferred, but not required; candidate must have willingness to learn)

• Review product drawings to correctly identify parts for products
• Correctly type orders with all pertinent information and submit to order entry
• Understand all shipping methods
• Be able to multi-task
• Respond to customer needs in a timely, pleasant, and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and providing solutions
• Develop relationships with repeat customers
• Assist sales team members with parts related questions and issues
• Work with floor technicians to better understand products in order to meet customer needs
• Be able to work with existing data bases in order to streamline tech support calls
• Be willing to adapt to various challenges throughout the day

Technology Requirements:

• Basic Computer Skills
• Must be able manage emails through Outlook
• Basic knowledge of Navision (preferred, not required)
• Average to proficient typing speed

Job Requirements:

• Good computer and math skills
• Must be able to sit/stand at computer desk for extended periods
• See and hear within reasonably acceptable limits, (this includes the ability to see at a distance and peripherally)
• Use time management skills and prioritization to accomplish the day's tasks in the hours provided
• Must be self-motivated
• This is a 40 hour per week position and may require mandatory overtime hours
• This position will require alternating of shift coverage till 5pm
• Must be 18 years of age or older
